The purpose of this Training and Resource Portal is to support Project Ricochet, Inc. in the development of Board, Staff and Volunteers organizationally, personally, and professionally. Further, the purpose of the Training and Resource Portal is to foster collaboration, provide engaging resource materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of these efforts. This includes oversight of Project Ricochet, Inc. curriculum, online learning opportunities, and other resource development efforts.
Additional roles of the Training and Resource Portal is to provide staff and volunteers surveys to define, create, and implement strategies that facilitate professional development, leadership development, and continuous learning for Project Ricochet, Inc. programming. The anticipated outcome of this training resource is to provide a training website for staff and volunteers to access present and past trainings, announcements, and evaluations.
